Hello! All of us at HQ are gearing up for the
2010 Annual Meeting in Seattle/Bellevue in November - we are only 54 days away! But perhaps no one has worked harder than the committees of jurisdiction - the AM & Symposia Committee (co-chaired by Henry Reeve and Peter Noble) and the Papers Committee (chaired by Christina Wang). There is no Annual Meeting without peer reviewed papers and hundreds of hours of planning work done by the chairs and members of these committees.
All this work to get the table set and prepare the "meat" of the Annual Meeting has gone on behind the scenes. But now we are able to offer you a first taste of what will be served in Seattle. The Papers Committee recently concluded work necessary to post the list of Annual Meeting Papers and Abstracts. Several members have been asking for this, and I am pleased to direct you to the following webpage for access to all the abstracts:

This is only an appetizer. Within the coming week AM registrants will have full access to all the current drafts of the papers. If you have registered already, look for an email to come soon with instructions on how to access them online. If you have not yet registered for the Annual Meeting - what are you waiting for? Register now at the following link:

In other website news I am very excited by the new "microsite" templates being rolled out this month. The Philadelphia Section is already test-driving the template, and I think it looks really sharp. The login-recognition areas are added, the main nav bar features drop-down to sub-nav as does SNAME.org, and the look is generally cleaner. See it live here:

Finally, if you have any questions about the site or need help accessing its tools and features, please let me know how I can help you. Call me at 201.499.5069 so I can help you immediately. I am also eager to help you through my Web Workshops - live training sessions that last about 45 minutes. Please see the
Web Workshops site for more information.
Thanks, Mark
