I finished up the Comprehensive Technical Program Press Release earlier today. Unlike other press releases giving bits of information, this release was comprehensive - listing all the Papers, Presentations SPS, Panels, T&R Sessions - the works. After drafting I paused briefly to think about all the new information that will be unveiled or generated by the Annual Meeting. It is really very impressive how many minds are combining to produce this new material and how many volunteer hours it takes to make it all come together.
And all together it is! Here are the resources we have for you online now - of course, these are all interconnected!
Annual Meeting Website -
Clearly the hub for everything you could want for the AM - check it out! All the AM Abstracts, SPS Abstracts, and Schedules are online for all to see, as well as content areas for everything from the Student Program to the Banquet. Those registered for the AM can also see all the Paper Drafts through the linked Technical Program Schedule
2010 Annual Meeting Community -
Access limited to registrants only. Check out and connect with registrants. All the papers are in the Library! Use the eGroup to connect with those who are coming
2010 Annual Meeting Discussers Instructions -
Please submit official comments on the AM papers prior to October 25. Read them now, and feel free to comment via the email links to SNAME Editor Karin Goodwin - kgoodwin@sname.org.
Press Release Library -
Check back here for the latest information on award winners and other details as we get closer to AM.
Of course, please contact me if I can help you use or navigate any of the above.
See you in Seattle!
Best, Mark
