If you weren't in Seattle last week, you missed a great Annual Meeting. The facilities were great, the technical sessions were hugely successful, and the weather even cooperated - 70 degrees and sunny for the Golf Challenge (in Seattle!). All the volunteers and staff who helped plan and execute this week's events deserves a round of applause. Of course, special thanks goes to the 1000 attendees who made the AM a part of their year.

When the folder opens, double-click on the
title of the presentation you want. When it opens, click again to open the document or save it to your desktop.

The only remaining question is - will anyone every win the
