After months of preparation, the SSC is extremely excited to see everyone at the Annual Meeting this year in Bellevue/Seattle. We are ecstatic by all the support and communication between all the student sections as we come closer to this weeks proceedings. If you aren't entirely sure what is going on, go
here to check out the student program including the Student Summit to be held on Saturday. With over 190 students registered for attendance, this is one of the largest student showings yet at the annual meeting, a fact that both the SSC and SNAME HQ are very proud of.
For some last minute reminders:
- Please be sure to email Alan Orthmann, ajorthmann@gmail.com, if you are attending the Saturday Student Activities through Seattle, with your tour preferences.
- If you haven't yet put something together, please post something on your micro-site to answer the call for the 2010 "Going Green" Microsite Contest, Sponsored by General Dynamics, NASSCO. (If you have any last minute questions, please contact me at nhagan12@webb-institute.edu)
- And remember to start warming up your brains, as this years Program will include one of the most challenging Student Design Competitions yet.
See You There!
