EVENT DESCRIPTION
SNAME has invited Jason Organ to present the variety of jobs one can pursue within a life-long career in a highly mobile marine community. Jason Organ, a longtime member of SNAME, shares his experiences in confronting challenges, opportunity and innovation. Jason has a wide swath of experiences from CCG College, CCG, Classification Societies, Maine Maritime Academy and most recently a cable layer conversion with International Telecom (IT). Jason is now pursuing further opportunities with a recent move to STQ.
Jason will touch upon the following key discussion points:
• working with small nimble and accountable teams
• building your own strong foundations
• leverage opportunities to grow your network, knowledge and competencies
In addition to the options pub networking before the presentation, this event will have an extended networking period to enable one on one and small group discussions after the presentation.
