Life Cycle Cost Forum: Savings in Design, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance
The SNAME Southwest Section is hosting a
day of presentations and a panel session focusing on a timely topic.
The goal of the day will be to share ideas, problems, and solutions for
various parties in the marine industry. Discussion will be centered
around cost savings and how they apply to the many stages of a vessel's
life. Representatives from the industry will discuss aspects in the
design and specification, build, operation, and maintenance phases and
what is being done and what more can accomplished to save money.
