Presented by SNAME Turkey Community – Industry Talks Series #7: Integrated Naval Systems: Machinery, Propulsion, and Electronic Automation at ASFAT
EVENT DESCRIPTION
The seventh session of the Industry Talks Series focuses on the core pillars of modern naval vessels: machinery, propulsion, and electronic systems. We are honored to host two distinguished experts from ASFAT Military Factory and Shipyard Management Inc. to share their technical insights on these critical components.
The session will explore the synergy between mechanical propulsion and electronic automation in large-scale naval projects. Bülent Çoban will discuss the complexities of machinery and propulsion, drawing on his experience with the Pakistan MİLGEM and TCG ANADOLU projects. Sezer Tunçkol will provide a technical analysis of machinery electronics, automation, and system integration, focusing on advanced vessels like TCG UFUK and TCG ALEMDAR. Attendees will gain a deep understanding of how these disciplines converge within ASFAT's strategic shipyard operations.
