We are pleased to announce our October technical meeting in Old Town Alexandria.  Mr. Jim Moran from BMT Designers & Planners will be speaking on the Design, Construction, and Commissioning of the NEW Potomac Riverboat Company Wharf Water Taxi!  Our presentation venue is located just steps from the waterfront where the Wharf Taxi (entering service on October 12th) will shuttle locals and tourists between Georgetown, Alexandria, and National Harbor.  You may even want to considering snagging a ride with the new service before or after our meeting!  Ticket prices, routes, and schedules can be found at the link above.

Metro:
The King Street Metro Station (Blue/Yellow) is about a 20 minute walk to the venue.  However, there is also a free trolley service that runs every 10 minutes from the metro station down to the waterfront.

Parking:
There are metered street parking spots and parking garages located nearby.

Food:
Buffet service including drinks, appetizers, salad, entrees, and desserts (Gluten Free and Vegetarian options incorporated)
