Dear SNAME Members,
This note is to notify you that SNAME's Annual Meeting will be held Friday, 31 October 2025, from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. It is being held during SMC 2025.
While I encourage all members to attend, as this is where many of our governance issues are decided, it is particularly important for those of you with voting privileges to attend. A quorum of voting members will be necessary to pass any motions.
More details, including an agenda, will be provided as we get closer to this meeting.
