October 21, 2018 This zip file contains all of the folders and files of the OpenCalc System (old Project 114). The top level MDE folder needs to be unzipped into your top "C:" folder as C:\MDE or else the internal path links won't work. This will be changeable in the future. To start the top-level Marine Design Executive program, go to C:\MDE and start the MDE.xlsm spreadsheet. See the C:\MDE\readme.txt file and all of the documentation in C:\MDE\Documentation.
