Military Sealift Command Company Visit (11/10/2015)

Kayaking (9/2015)
The Mentorship Program went kayaking and canoeing on the Huron River! Fun times were had by all, and no one fell in or capsized, which is considered a win.

THOR Solutions (9/18/2015)
THOR Solutions will be discussing structural enhancement on the National Security Cutter for the Coast Guard and other design challenges.
USS Detroit
LCS-7 Launch at Marinette Marine (2014)
In 2014, Quarterdeck was invited to tour Marinette Marine in Wisconsin and watch the launching of the
USS Detroit
LCS-7. They drove to Wisconsin, were given a tour of the yard, and watched a ship launching.

Sikuliaq
Launch at Marinette Marine (2012)
In 2012, Quarterdeck was invited to the launch of the research vessel
Sikuliaq
at Marinette Marine in Wisconsin. In addition, they rode across Lake Michigan in the last coal-operated ship on the Great Lakes.
