Call for Executive Committee Volunteers
The Chesapeake Section is looking for new and continuing members to join our Executive Committee. If you have general interest in the direction of our Section, or a specific interest in any of our activities, contact the Section Chair. Opportunities include assisting with the planning and conducting of Young Professional sessions, Continuing Education and Professional Development classes, T&R Panels, and other cross-organization efforts. We are looking for any and all ideas on how to improve the work of the Society and our Section.
Call for Papers and Presentations
The Chesapeake Section is looking for papers and/or presentations for our monthly technical meetings. We invite authors to submit abstracts on topics that advance the art, science, and practice of naval architecture and marine engineering in all their applied forms including the construction and operation of ships, marine vehicles, and structures of all kinds.
