The Canadian Pacific section is canvassing for nominations for the following three positions for terms beginning July 1st.
- Vice Chair
The Vice Chair performs the duties of the Chair in the absence of the Chair. The Vice Chair shall assume the role of Chair upon conclusion of the Chair's terms of office.
- Meetings Chair
The Meetings Chair is responsible for arranging suitable papers, with assistance as required from the Executive Committee, for presentation at meetings of the Section. The Meetings Chair is responsible for making all arrangements related to the Section meetings, including issuing meeting notices. Arrangements for meetings with other technical societies shall be under the joint cognizance of the Executive Committee.
- Media Chair
The Media Chair oversees all publicity relating to the activities of the Section.

Deadline for nominations is April 28th, with voting starting on the 29th.
