February 27, 2026: Abstract acceptance notification
April 15, 2026: Draft papers due
May 15, 2026: Reviews of draft papers back to authors due
June 01, 2026: Final papers due
June 01, 2026: Preliminary Program release and Registration start
Those interested in submitting an abstract should submit it via email at SNAMEGreekSection@sname.org.
Abstracts should be of 400 words and describe the work and expected contributions. Papers will be evaluated through a peer review process by at least two assessors prior to their acceptance. Abstracts should include paper title and authors’ names, affiliations, and primary email addresses. Accepted papers will be published by SNAME through the indexed OnePetro Publ. (https//onepetro.org)
