Research & Development, DNV GL Greece, Dr. Jan de Kat, Director of Energy Efficiency and Vessel Performance, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and Mr. Theodosis Stamatellos, Marine Area Manager GEMA, Lloyd's Register. The Chairman of the Symposium is Prof. Apostolos Papanikolaou from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).
