Power Competition in the 21st Century
RADM Hahn will discuss the role of engineers and shipbuilders in the struggle for global power. The maritime landscape has changed significantly over the last decade as powerful nations jockey for control. With these changes, the role of engineers, shipbuilders, and technology has also evolved.
