TAMU faculty and students should register in the Ocean Engineering Office or by phone 979-845-4515 or email to lpollock@ocen.tamu.edu by 5 pm, Tuesday, March 28, 2017.  Late registration will be inside the Garden Room at the Student Recreation Center on Friday, March 31, 2017.

 

Parking InstructionsThe cost of parking is not included in the registration fee.  Visitor parking is available in the West Side Parking Garage (WSG), 100g beside Reed Arena, and 100j beside Olsen Field.  Park vehicle in numbered visitor space and go to pay station.  Pay by cash or credit card, print out the receipt and place it on the dashboard.  Parking from 9 am to 4 pm should cost $11. A visitor parking map is available from the website: http://transport.tamu.edu/parking/visitor.aspx.  Enter the front or rear entrance to the Student Recreation Center (SREC) and follow signs or ask directions to the Garden Room on the first floor.

​Driving Instructions: 
Texas Business 6 to George Bush Drive West, Turn Left on George Bush West, take George Bush West across Wellborn Rd and railroad tracks,  Turn right on Olsen Blvd, Park in WCG or other visitor parking (blue lots), enter Student Rec Center (SREC) front or rear (by Olsen Baseball Field), ask for location of Garden Room.
