Yost Ice Skating- January 

Students enjoyed a night on the ice at Yost Ice Arena. 

Jeopardy Night Hosted by Professor Page- January 

Professor Page hosted a Jeopardy night for students to test their knowledge. Winning team won a snack cabinet voucher.

Science Olympiad (Service)- February

High school students came to the University of Michigan for the science Olympiad. Quarterdeck members helped run the event by setting up and taking down the various activities, proctoring exams, spreading the world on NA&ME and much more!

Talk with LCdr Matt Robbins from the Royal Canadian Navy- February

LCdr Matt Robbins visited Michigan and led an engaging open-floor discussion covering his journey through the Navy, memorable sea stories, internship advice, and highlights from the 40+ countries he’s visited.

Second Annual Spelling Bee- February

Students went head to head for our second annual Spelling Bee competing for a snack cabinet voucher.

SeaPearch (service) - March

High school students came to the University of Michigan for the SeaPerch competition. Quarterdeck members helped run the competition by setting up and taking down the courses, and they also helped score runs!

Rolls Royce Visit - March/April

Students will be visiting the MTU Rolls Royce Training Facilities in Canton, MI to view their marine diesel engines.

MHL Open house (service) - March

Students lead tours of the MHL and gave out information to prospective students of NA&ME!

Big House 5k (service) - April

Members participated in the Big House 5k run/walk, giving back to our community.
