The Offshore Technical and Research Committee (OC) supports the offshore industry by identifying compelling industry issues with technical, regulatory, and commercial implications. When a qualified issue is identified, the OC activates a panel to facilitate discussions among the stakeholder organizations. These discussions and associated work scopes produce deliverables that move the industry toward a solution that is safer, more compliant, and more efficient.
