independent surveys of all types, including pre-inspection consultations, regulatory
compliance, nature and extent of vessel damage, condition and value, superintendence of
cargo and loading, on and off charter surveys, tow surveys, cargo weight by draft, ultrasonic
testing of steel and aluminum vessels, corrosion analysis, project management and general
marine consulting. Act as owner’s representative on construction projects and
insurer’s representative on repair contracts; involving detailed cost projections,
justification, and reporting, developing project scope, budget, schedule, and
execution strategy.
