The USCGC Bertholf (WMSL 750)

The USCGC Bertholf (WMSL 750), named for former USCG Commandant Ellsworth P. Bertholf, is the first Legend-class maritime security cutter of the United States Coast Guard. Hundreds of SNAME members serve among the people of Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding;  designers and builders of the USCGC Bertholf.

SNAME rotates the SNAME.org main banner picture on a monthly basis.  Members are encouraged to submit digital photos of the vessels, platforms and other craft resulting from member work for inclusion on SNAME.org main banner.  Only high-quality, horizontally oriented digital images of content with an obvious connection to SNAME members will be considered for inclusion.  All decisions on banner photos are made by SNAME Technical Director, Prof. Alan Rowen.  Members should submit photos with a short description to Professor Rowen at arowen@sname.org.
